When did you start your fitness journey?
Started in college, around 2013 but wasn’t serious about it until I started training with Axel in 2018

Wanted to be stronger and more confident in my body

Gain 50 lbs from 130 to reach 180

Reach 180 and have better calisthenic strength

Diet, consistency, efficient workouts with good muscle activation=
What advice would you give to new clients/members?
Trust the process, it takes a long time to build the basics, create a good foundation of strength and establish a strong mind muscle connection
What is your favorite thing about your workouts?
It’s the one part in my life where I always feel productive and progression

What have been your greatest achievements?
Growing my glutes from 34 to 37.5 inches
What were/are your biggest struggles?
Making sure I eat enough calories. Thanks to coach axels advice on macros I have been able to eat enough for my glutes to grow
What advice would you give to new clients/members?
Stick with it! Rome was not built in a day. There are days you will be tired, not want to workout, not want to eat right but do it. But anyway. Do it every single day. You will see results.
What is your favorite thing about your workouts?
They are hard and push me beyond what I think I can do
